Volunteer For the Wild at Sugar Creek Bluff
Welcome back spring by getting outside and helping to restore wildlife habitat at Sugar Creek Bluff State Natural Area! We'll be restoring the lush forests of Sugar Creek Bluff by pulling and bagging invasive garlic mustard plants.
We'll start the day with an ecology hike, followed by a session of removing invasive garlic mustard. Lunch will be provided, and we'll round out the day with a couple more hours defending the forests from invasive species!
Safety equipment and supplies are provided. Please be prepared for the weather, as this is a rain or shine event. Wear long pants, long sleeves, and close toed shoes as we will be walking off trail.
Please sign up below so we know how much food and equipment to bring. With questions, contact Land Manager Levi Plath with an email or call him at 608-794-3606 ext. 5.
