WHAT: Cedar Clearing

WHAT TO BRING: Weather-appropriate clothing, plenty of drinking water, snack. MVC will provide gloves, safety glasses and tools.

The Conservancy needs your help to clear invasive cedar trees and restore native bluff prairie this winter! Please consider joining Land Manager Levi Plath in 2018 to help restore rare native prairie for pollinators and reptiles alike! Carpooling is available from the Conservancy office. Boscobel Bluffs State Natural Area: 5368 Cty Rd MS, Boscobel, WI 53805 (The
Conservancy’s property address)


From La Crosse follow US-14/61 south to Readstown. Turn right/south onto US-61and follow
for approx. 40 miles until you reach Elm St/US-61 in Boscobel. Then turn left/east onto Mary
street, continue straight onto Fremont St./County Rd. MS. Destination parking is 2 miles ahead
on the left.
